ROTARY COMPLAINT POLICY

To remain in compliance with our Club's Liability Insurance policy, the Board of Directors has approved the following policy for handling complaints lodged against members or the Club.

The Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island is dedicated to each of its members treating each other, as well as those with whom they work and serve in the community at large, with equal dignity and respect. Each Director, Officer and Member of Rotary is responsible for performing their duties and obligations in such a manner so as to create an atmosphere free of offensive and improper behavior, discrimination and harassment, sexual or otherwise.

If you experience any offensive, improper, discriminatory or harassing behavior by anyone associated with the Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island, or believe that you have been treated in an unlawful, discriminatory manner, promptly report the incident to any member of the sitting Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.  Please understand that Rotary takes these types of complaints very seriously and will undertake a complete and thorough investigation and resolution of the complaint in a timely manner.
